Our Story
A Little Strawberry Shop With Big, Bold Flavor
La Fresa Snacks started as a dream to bring the vibrant street-snack culture of Mexico to Seguin — the kind of chamoy-drizzled, tajín-dusted, candy-topped treats that make your taste buds do a double take. What began off Gonzales Street, then a stint near the Seguin schoolyard, has landed at our bright pink storefront on N Saunders Street, where the strawberry banner out front tells you exactly what kind of good time you're about to have.
Every cup, jar, and box is built to order: fresh-cut mango, cucumber, and watermelon layered with chamoy and chile-lime, elote piled high with butter and cotija, nachos smothered in warm cheese and jalapeños, and our famous mini pancakes drizzled with Nutella and stacked with strawberries and banana. Yes, we're also the ones with the viral fruit-shaped ice cream in mango and strawberry — come see what the fuss is about.
